Step back in time and visit Bletchley Park the site of the British code breaking activities and the impressive Imperial War Museum London.
Saturday We depart and travel to the historic Bletchley Park. Once Britain’s Best Kept Secret, today Bletchley Park, home of the Codebreakers, is a heritage site and vibrant tourist attraction. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to St. Albans and the Mercure St. Albans Noke Hotel. This evening enjoy a three course evening meal.
Sunday Following breakfast, we depart and travel to the Imperial War Museum London. The museums tells the story of people who have lived, fought and died in conflicts involving Britain and the Commonwealth since the First World War. Discover the First World War Galleries, as well as the permanent exhibitions, including The Lord Ashcroft Gallery. We depart later this afternoon to make our journey home.
The Mercure St Albans Noke Hotel is a traditional hotel situated on the outskirts of the Cathedral City of St. Albans. All bedrooms are en-suite with television, telephone, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Additional facilities include a lounge bar and restaurant. Leisure facilities include an indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. NO LIFT, limited ground floor bedrooms.
