Day 1. Friday We depart and travel to London. On arrival at the Tower Hotel the remainder of the day will be free for you to explore. Please Note: Bedrooms may not be available to check into until approximately 16:00. Sitting proudly on the River Thames, the Tower Hotel overlooks Tower Bridge and is in the midst of some of London’s most iconic landmarks and locations, including the Tower of London, St Katherine's Docks, HMS Belfast, the Shard and more. The River Thames is the perfect vantage point to see some of London’s most iconic sites come rain or shine and you can board one of the many river cruises close to the hotel and see the scenery glide by. The hotel is a short walk from Tower Hill Underground Station and Tower Gateway DLR Station, giving easy access to all of London.
Day 2. Saturday This morning we offer a panoramic sightseeing tour ending close to the shopping area of Oxford Street. Please feel free to ask our driver to drop you off at any convenient point along the route if you do not wish to take the whole tour. In the afternoon the coach will return from outside the Waldorf Hotel on The Aldwych. This evening we offer a complimentary coach shuttle service to the ‘West End’, dropping outside the Waldorf Hotel on The Aldwych and returning later that evening. Please Note: The complimentary coach shuttle service on Saturday evening will only travel to the The Aldwych and not all theatres. NOT ALL THEATRES ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST END.
Day 3. Sunday Today is free for you to explore London at your own pace. The coach will operate a complimentary return transfer to Covent Garden. London’s unique markets, shopping districts and shopping centres have something to suit every taste, style, and budget. Department stores are a London speciality. From Harrods to Harvey Nichols, Selfridges to Liberty, stocking everything from footwear to furnishing and clothes to caviar. Oxford Street is the world's biggest high street, offering 1.5 miles of unrivalled shopping, with more than 90 flagship stores from fashion and beauty to tech and homeware. There are a small number of West End shows which have performances on a Sunday.
Day 4. Monday Today is free for you to explore London at your own pace. The coach will operate a complimentary transfer to Covent Garden one of London’s most-loved neighbourhoods. Set in London’s West End, Covent Garden is a vibrant, must-see destination for anyone who enjoys shopping, theatre, restaurants, bars, history, and culture. Things to see in and around Covent Garden include the Transport Museum, where you can discover the story of London's transport past and present, the Royal Opera House, Somerset House, and Covent Garden’s Apple Market, which continues to support market traders, offering a range of unique handmade crafts and goods throughout the week. Later this afternoon, we will depart London and begin our return journey home.
