Day 1. Monday We travel to Great Yarmouth.
Day 2. Tuesday Following breakfast, we include an excursion to Norwich. Like any great city, its centre is easy to walk around and has a river at its heart. It is the only English city in a National Park, the Norfolk Broads. As well as being the most complete medieval city in the UK, it has superb independent and High Street shopping. It was also England's first UNESCO City of Literature. Later this afternoon we enjoy a visit to Wroxham and enjoy a cruise on the beautiful Norfolk Broads and explore Britain’s magical waterland.
Day 3. Wednesday Today we enjoy a day visiting the picturesque North Norfolk coast and the bustling seaside town of Cromer. Perched on the very edge of the north Norfolk coast, Cromer is famous for its tasty crabs, wide open beaches, a traditional pier complete with a theatre providing seaside special variety shows and is awash with small local independent shops. As you would expect of a seaside town rich in its fishing heritage, it has a lighthouse and a proud tradition of RNLI service.
Day 4. Thursday Enjoy a day at leisure in Great Yarmouth. Attraction and activity-packed piers, the rides of the renowned Pleasure Beach, the world-famous Hippodrome Circus, arcades, crazy golf, and the new Marina Centre make Great Yarmouth’s Golden Mile the place to be. On top of all that, Great Yarmouth oozes history and heritage at every turn, a melting pot of times past and culture. Its town wall is one of the last surviving medieval walls and its majestic buildings tell the story of the town’s rich history as a major port and leading trading centre.
Day 5. Friday We depart after breakfast and travel home.
Excursion days are subject to change and will be confirmed with your final travel documents.
