Day 1. Saturday We depart and travel to Birmingham. There will be free time for shopping and sightseeing, with lots in the city to explore including the famous Jewellery Quarter, the Science Museum, The Bull Ring and the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. For something a little different, explore the city by canal boat – Birmingham has more miles of canal than Venice (313 miles of them to be precise) and there’s plenty of beautiful scenery to take in. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to West Bromwich and the Mercure Birmingham West. This evening enjoy a three-course evening meal.
Day 2. Sunday Following a leisurely breakfast, we travel to the NEC and BBC Good Food Show Winter. Step into a winter wonderland of culinary delights this November at the NEC, Birmingham. Be inspired by the line-up of chefs and experts, learn new skills for Christmas and shop for ingredients and gifts ready for the big day. Prepare for the ultimate shopping experience, all under one roof. Discover a diverse range of products from hand picked producers, that will make perfect unique gifts. We depart later this afternoon to make our journey home.
