Day 1. Saturday We depart and travel to Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market. It is the largest authentic German Christmas market outside of Germany and it offers a large range of traditional good and gifts and a selection of tempting food and drink. Pretzels, bratwursts, and roasted almonds will tempt your tastebuds, all of which can be washed down with gluhwein, weissbeer (wheat beer), or tasty hot chocolate. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to West Bromwich and the Mercure Birmingham West. This evening enjoy a three-course evening meal.
Day 2. Sunday Following a leisurely breakfast, we travel to the NEC and BBC Good Food Show Winter. Step into a winter wonderland of culinary delights this November at the NEC, Birmingham. Be inspired by the line-up of chefs and experts, learn new skills for Christmas and shop for ingredients and gifts ready for the big day. Prepare for the ultimate shopping experience, all under one roof. Discover a diverse range of products from hand picked producers, that will make perfect unique gifts. We depart later this afternoon to make our journey home.
