Day 1. Saturday We depart and travel to Kidderminster for an included journey on the Severn Valley Railway, one of the UK’s premier heritage railways. You will be able to soak up the splendour of a bygone age as you travel in a comfortable historic carriage, as the railway meanders through sixteen miles of Worcestershire and Shropshire scenery, dotted with authentic country stations. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to West Bromwich and the Mercure Birmingham West. This evening enjoy a three-course evening meal.
Day 2. Sunday Following breakfast, we travel home via the West Midlands Safari Park. Set in 200 acres of beautiful Worcestershire countryside, West Midlands Safari Park is one of the leading attractions of the West Midlands. There is a magnificent display of rare and exotic animals to see in the four-mile drive-through safari including the largest pride of white lions in the UK. There is also plenty to explore on foot including penguin cove, sea lion theatre and reptile world. We depart later this afternoon to make our journey home.
