Day 1. Saturday We depart and travel to Salford Quay and Media City UK. There will be free time to explore the Lowry Shopping Outlet before we enjoy our guided tour of The Coronation Street Experience. Guided by an expert tour guide the 90-minute tour will give you access externally to all of Coronation Street’s most recognisable places. Stroll past Roy’s Rolls Café or check out Kev’s car shop, Webster’s Auto Centre. Wander past The Kabin, see the most action-packed pub in the North West, The Rovers Return and even Weatherfield North as you explore Coronation Streets’ famous cobbles. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to Bolton and the Holiday Inn Bolton Centre. This evening enjoy a three-course evening meal.
Day 2. Sunday Following breakfast, we travel home via Liverpool with its unique attractions, exciting events, world class sport offerings, unrivalled musical heritage and famously warm welcomes. Explore one of Liverpool’s free museums including the Museum of Liverpool or visit the world-famous and iconic Royal Albert Dock, home to The Beatles Story. You will be spoilt for choice when shopping in Liverpool with gleaming new city-centre shopping centres, boutique arcades and bohemian streets. Liverpool ONE, located right by the iconic waterfront is an open-air shopping district that is home to more than 170 stores, bars, and restaurants, including your high street and designer favourites. We depart later this afternoon to make our journey home.
