Day 1. Friday We depart and travel to Cheltenham. A wonderful mix of the traditional and the new, Cheltenham nestles against The Cotswolds as the perfect place to unwind. With an abundance of independent and much-loved High-Street shops, and a wide range of attractions, parks, and museums, Cheltenham truly is a must-visit town. Explore its elegant Regency architecture, cultural, and beautiful gardens, offering something for everyone, whether you’re a history buff or a nature lover. We depart later this afternoon for the journey to the outskirts of Cheltenham and the Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham. This evening, enjoy a three-course evening meal.

Day 2. Saturday Following breakfast, we enjoy a guided tour of The Cotswolds. The Cotswolds are home to some of the most unspoilt, historic, and famous towns and villages in England, with honey-coloured stone buildings providing a quintessential English charm. Discover picturesque villages, where time seems to stand still. Wander through scenic countryside, rolling hills, and traditional market squares, steeped in history. Explore hidden corners, charming cottages, and centuries-old churches that add to the region's appeal. With its peaceful ambiance and stunning views, the Cotswolds offers the perfect escape into rural England’s heart.

Day 3. Sunday We depart after breakfast and travel home via an included journey on the spectacular Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway. The railway offers a unique opportunity to sample train travel from 50 years ago hauled by steam, diesel, or diesel railcar. The journey from Cheltenham Racecourse to Broadway takes around 60-minutes and travels through some of the most spectacular scenery in the famous Cotswolds. The line commands wonderful views of the nearby sleepy hamlets and villages, with outstanding outlooks across to the Malvern Hills and beyond.
